Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon
Last PageBased in Portland, the FCCO is a trap-neuter-return (TNR) program for feral and stray cats living in Oregon. They are dedicated to the humane reduction of feral cat populations through spaying/neutering. The group’s mobile hospital visits Eugene every other month using an all volunteer staff, and spays/neuters approximately 90 feral cats each visit.
