Last PageWe do with free-range eggs, fresh pork & lamb what other CSAs are doing with veggies & fruit. Eggs are delivered to 5 sites in Eugene weekly. Meat is available in shares, although no one is required to buy every month. This is different from, but the same principle as CSAs. We strive for sustainable production methods, purchasing feed grains locally, paying growers enough so they can make a profit.
